I know I'll never get to travel back out West, I was born in Multnomah, Oregon a little suburb off Portland and Summer 1979, I was 14 yrs old and it was the last time I got to see Oregon, Washington and Idaho and Montana so it really is deeply appreciated to head back West where some of the MOST Beautiful parts of America's attractions lay at! Thank You 😊 and can't wait to see the next road trip and seeing some more beautiful places I know I won't ever get to see! Thanks for sharing your adventures with all of us! Love it! When you drive it again, come all the way down 14 instead of diverting on 14a. You'll see Shell Falls, drive through Shell Canyon, the teeny town of Shell but worth the stop for a burger and her homebaked goodies. Then halfway to the town of Greybull you can swing by our house and we'll show you some more hidden areas around these parts!

Russ - beautiful area. I did a contract job in Gillette, WY in 2011. Brings back old memories of this area and the Black Hills. I highly suggest going over Chief Joseph's Hwy/Beartooth Pass from Yellowstone area into Red Lodge, MT. Years ago, Charles Kuralt (60 Minutes segment called "On The Road") stated that Beartooth Pass is the most scenic drive in the USA.

The Buffalo Bill Historical Center where you visited here in Cody has 5 museum's under it's roof Not just one. That's the reason your admission ticket is for 2 days so you can visit all 5 of them. You went thru awful quickly. I like all your Wyoming video's, its been fun watching you drive thru Wyoming, & be amazed by our states beauty especially our open land & how wide open we are just everywhere. It's just great being mostly BLM land, national forest's & privately owned land. So happy you enjoyed visiting Wyoming.

I first travelled Highway 14A/14 in 1968 with my family on a car camping trip from the southeast at the age of 15. We were driving west to east on our way back home from visiting Grand Teton, Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks. Since I was the navigator for my dad, I still remember the names of many of the small towns between Cody and Sheridan. For a flatlander from the southeast it was an awe inspiring drive through the Bighorms. Thanks for some distant memories.

Buffalo Bill Cody,,, very famous man that's why the town is named after him. I'm surprised the town wasn't more busy. The Famous Irma Hotel is still there and frankly the town didn't look that much different since we were there in 1985 when they was working on the dam to raise the water level. We spent a day and a half in that Museum mostly interested in the Native American section and the Firearms. Very impressive.

Gorgeous coubtry, nice filming. Went to the White Mountains a lot summer fall winter you name it went to college in New Hampshire. Wyoming popped om my radar in 2016 when I saw it almost completely went for the presidential candidate who didn't want to change everything every 5 minutes... someone who likes the country the way it is I discovered big mountains skiing Colorado Utah and Northern California. Just watching your video makes me want to go visit Wyoming and look at it for my retirement in a couple years. Thank you

I've been over this road twice, and it was my introduction to the Front Range of the Rockies on a month-long road trip with my mother, who got rather sick from anxiety on the downward drive. That was 43 years ago, and I remember long stretches without guardrails and a road that was not nearly as well maintained as it is now. I went back on a solo road trip seven years later and took photos to try to convince my mother that it really wasn't that bad. She had been told the best route to Yellowstone was thru Billings and the Beartooth Highway. The next day on my solo trip I went up the Beartooth Highway, which is maybe one of the few that tops Rt. 14 thru the Bighorns...Pretty sure she would have gotten just as sick on that one! ;)

We Drove from NE Pennsylvania to Cody this past August, 5600 miles total, 10 States. Went over both ends on the Bighorn mountains, went to Yellowstone twice through the North entrance and the eastern. Went into Montana a few times, Red Lodge, Cooke City, Billings, Little Bighorn, Beartooth Highway twice, went to the top of the world, still had lots of snow and it was August. Also visited Many towns and sights around Cody, many miles between all. South Dakota on 90 was very windy like you encountered. Also went to Mount Rushmore, Devils Tower and Crazy Horse monument. Deadwood, Sundance, Iowa 80 truck stop, Sturgis, Wall SD. Yes we went to Wall Drug. 2 1/2 days to, 4 days on the return trip, 21 days in all. I’m ready to go back. It was the tail end of Sturgis bike week Went through a town with a population of 10, and they had a post office.
