I took Mystique talk/taunt of Ironfire as Sarcasm. Kind of treating him like "Who do you think you are speaking and acting like a Council member and giving input?" Type of thing. His powers are extremely cool. Maybe he's of relationship to Lodus Lago who sat on Great Ring of Arrako and creates unlimited metals from his body/mouth.

Correction for 11:40: We actually do know approximately when Storm steals Sinister's lab. It's not 50 years and probably not what any of us would call "quiet a while". In Sins of Sinister when everyone is 5 years into the new regime, Storm finds out Sinister is out of The Pit and everyone on the Quiet Council is a Sinister clone. (Pg 29) From then on she is on the run and against Sinister. Page 39 jumps to year 10 where Sinister goes to his lab after his clones start thinking individualistically instead of how he wants. He then finds out it has been stolen. This is backed up by the publication order of the event where Storm and the Brotherhood of Mutants #1 is set 10 years into the timeline. Nightcrawlers #1 and Immoral X-Men #1 are also set 10 years into the timeline. Then the #2 issue for each series jumps to 100 then issues #3 along with Sins of Sinister Dominion are set 1000 years in.

Again, I'll say I love the introduction of Ironfire. It's like he's just there and has deep longstanding history with everyone and he's been there the whole time. I love introductions like that it's so different then usually new character introduction. Like everyone is saying, "You don't know Ironfire? It's Ironfire! Enemy of Mystique, Storm's most trusted advisor! He's legendary."

Was Storm in the shadows, even in the tv series Storm won a trial of combat to lead the Morlocks. Her strides in comics and outside the books have not been minor or tucked away. A queen in Wakanda, her time against the Shadow King, her speedster son in the Bad Lands. She is not surprising pick finally getting a major role she has been in the mix for a long time.

My question is this - Given all the low key focus on Wiz Kid and his powers, and the fact that the endgame baddies in the series are some combination of Sentinel, Nimrod, Technarchy, or the Phalanx - wouldn't Wiz Kid be able to just lay waste to them? To disassemble and reform them into whatever piece of tech strikes his fancy at the time? I think a lot of people are gonna end up sleeping on Wiz Kid, yo.

Kind of a moot point considering comics canon wise don't move beyond what can be considered her natural lifespan. But you can also draw the answer like its from say ReZero, in that the timeline Moira inhabits continues to exist without her, its just her death forcefully causes a splinter reality to form in which she returns to her point of birth and the timeline would theoretically continue as it "normally" would. Butterfly affects aside.

Questions: How would Sinister not be reset by killing one of his Moira clones? If it resets everything wouldn't it also reset him? Also, what point would it reset to? How does Jon not run out of blood if his power to make metal is through the use of his own blood? If he used his powers to much, or to an extreme level, would it drain him of all of his blood to a lethal level?

It always resets to the birth of the clone. Sinister is reset, but Sinister of the past will get access to all the data the clone has, and thus know what will happen, and where things goes bad for him.

I’m a big Storm fan but you gotta respect Mystique. She speculated to have lived for about +100 years due to her mutation. She’s an expert at espionage and lying. She has infiltrated almost every government and superhero/supervillain team. She also has built in defenses against telepaths or any form of reading since her body mind blood and brainwaves are constantly changing. I love Storm but mystique is doing what she does best

Too much concentration and uknowledge. Imagine if you are a telekinetic, you can manipulate minerals in someones body, but cannot because you cannot "see" the minerals, nor you have that fine motor control. Because in theory, any energy manipulator can potentially be an omega level threat, but their application in it is lacking

I wonder if Storm could've controlled the space storm (can't remember what it was actually called back in the day) that Odin put in Mjolnir. I known there have been changes since but still.

Mjolnir itself is the God Tempest which is an all powerful living cosmic Storm who was defeated and trapped inside a hammer. So really the hammer is just a hammer with a powerful Storm trapped in it. Storm has been able to tap into the cosmic energies on several occasions but if writers were to explore that part of her abilities then there would be no use for Thor outside of his strength. Thor uses his magic to call on Mjolnir’s powers as with Storm she can simply bond with the God Tempest. This is what it truly means to be deemed worthy of wielding Mjolnir powers or simply being able to lift the hammer that hold the heavy power just to throw it. Marvel does not break this down so ppl assume anyone can be Thor when it’s not Thor who they are being..it’s being able to channel those powerful cosmic energies. Storm, I truly don’t think she needs to be worthy because she has killed and still able to wield Mjolnir’s power. But she herself is a nigh-absolute weather manipulator and being a sky-god level being who can embody the weather if she wants to. There’s simply no point of using Mjolnir. But you know how Marvel is
