Pretty sure they have literally never maintained the sound system since this video was recorded, because it glitches out ALL the time now. Plus you can barely hear it because the volume is too low. I don't get why they can't get it working, Disney has on-ride audio on plenty of their coasters that works flawlessly, so it's not like the knowledge to get a working reliable sound system onto a rollercoaster isn't out there.

Hey dude just an update: THEY FIXED IT 100% yesterday go asap!! I went on last night and everything was working amazingly and the ride operator said they renovated it yesterday morning.

Very scary ride.. Never felt so helpless in my life... Loved the Jazz music going up back first and it changed to Metallica Enter Sandman... Then first drop and roll at the same time with smoke blowing... It was insane...~! :) Extreme G forces...

This ride was awesome. My #2 fav at the park and my #1 favorite Arrow coaster. Unfortunately the audio wasn’t working :( I still enjoyed it, though! A little rough on the inversions, but for the most part it was very smooth. I sat on the inside seat.

yeah......when they first build it as just X it was an experiment, but since it became an instant hit to those who rode it, MYSELF INCLUDED, during the transformation of it into X2, yeah I agree, they should've made it a longer ride.

Okay so the first time I ever went on this I was 10. My brother and entire family LOVED coasters except for me. Sadly, my brother went to the Navy so I wouldn't be able to see him. I made a promise to him before he left that I would get on this. I did!! No regrets. I am now like my family. Tip: if you don't like the feeling of constant moving you shouldn't go on this
