When you put points into a specific ability (ie. Nova) it gives you levels in that ability. (The number above the specific ability.) When you select a button below each ability (ie. Frost Nova or Poison Nova) it is changing the Specialty of the ability, and all of your points get applied to that specialty. So when you put 6 points into the ability Nova and then select the specialty Poison Nova, it swaps o er so you have 6 levels in the Poison Nova Ability Specialty.

Frost Nova with a Chilling Cloud Weapon and the proper talent that chains novas is an excellent build to toy with. Poison Nova with a Poison Cloud Weapon and the talents that chains novas is also an excellent build to toy around with... There's also melee heavy Vampire builds, some without thorns and others with a healthy amount mixed in. Then you have uber tank thorns builds with super high armor, resistance and knockback resistance with a chaining weapon is also a very strong build. Let's not forget Mage builds that spec heavily into spells and can toss around a ton of damage but can't really do much melee damage nor take many hits, but if played right and cooldowns are managed properly you can absolutely slay hard! At the end of they day it's all up to you and your preferred play style... however that being said, I'd recommend leaning towards either a Frost heavy build or a Poison heavy build. Frost is all about slows, freezes and instant kills because of freezes. Poison is all about large amounts of Damage Over Time and chaining it. Both have their merits and would fit perfectly with how you have been playing and prioritizing gear stats since early on. Personally I'd like to see you go Poison as I have played and seen a number of others go Frost because of the inherent safety net it provides via slows and freezes.

Poison nova with toxic reaction is a huge combo. And the poison cloud on your weapon. Or with your chill8ng cloud you csn use frost nova and blizzard with yhe nova on hit talent and pretty much atun lock whole rooms. Especially if you have chaining. Nova proc. And chilling cloud

Congrats on making it to level 100. Also, i agree with trashing all the common and scrappy gear. At the higher levels the additional bonuses are what makes the difference after the base stats. The only common/below gear i would consider keeping would be if a sword had a maxed legendary damage roll with a max or near max damage implicit, or a piece of armor had a maxed legendary damage/ability power percent or mana regen roll as those will always be useful and an upgrade.

Wooo level 100! As always I appreciate your long videos even if you're not talking. I'm sure this has been explained to you by now but just in case, the point of a chaos vault is that the theme is there is no theme and all the themes, each hallway and room is a random theme (unless you've modified it otherwise). Looking forward to the boss fight very soon!! 🎉

100! Huge! My only suggestion for unspent skill points would be Stonefall - I know it's late in the game and yall are winding down towards that final fight, but Stonefall eliminates fall damage AND can knock back mobs around you - with it bound to its own key, it can be really helpful. Otherwise, though, you've done an exceptional job with this final rush - I'm looking forward to seeing the Herald, and anything else y'all decide to do on this world! Being with you (and Herpner, ofc) on this VH journey has been sooo much fun!

Xb when you go in chaos vault check the number of guilded,ornate,living and wooden if they are less and lets say many plentiful chances are there aren't much vaults and it wouldn't feel that good, abit of rng there congrats on lvl 100 🧡🧡
