I don't think it makes sense to make stairs and slabs for terrain blocks like sand, gravel and dirt, but I would love to be able to make layers of them, just like with snow. Imagine the terraforming we could do if we had dirt and grass layers.

I mean, I don’t see why it wouldn’t make sense, people make sand castles and shape dirt to have steep slopes. If you can have a 1 meter by 1 meter cube of dirt, there’s no reason that you can’t just cut out a half-meter corner out of it to make a stair

I personally would like the addition of both, why would we have to choose when the code for them both together would be less than half a megabyte edit: and they wouldn’t even have to write new code; just take the code from the snow layers and put the moss/ grass texture on them. Speaking from personal experience, vacations can totally be tiring and exhausting. You are in a different place and maybe you want to see as much of that place as possible, get the full experience. So often I need a few days off to recover from vacation. This is why it can be helpful to plan a few chill days without any plans in your vacation, too. Maybe just enjoy the atmosphere of being in a different place, hanging out together or even alone and having some quality relaxing time. I haven't gone on many vacations in my adult life, but I think that helps a lot.

You're limited to white outer couch cushions with this approach, but I like mixing snow layers and slabs for my couches to give the middle cushion a bit of sag to it. Might need armor stand magic for those throw pillows. I like the coffee table/ottoman design! The fact that it doubles as storage is a happy little accident.

I always say if you gonna take a vacation. Take an extra week to come home and settle in. It’s totally normal for you to feel tired too since you’re not used to so much people-Ing too since I gather you’re in introvert. Also, physical tiredness is different and surprisingly you may find you discover yourself feeling refreshed all the more mentally by taking the break off, getting some endorphins and some family time. Sunshine is great. I am glad for you - this is an exciting new experience for you. ❤

Items or blocks with armor stands can make some cushions for the couch with the armor stand book or wand. You may also want to look at mini blocks like wool, they can be put in the hands or head slot of the armor stand for varying sizes. There’s probably more ways to size them, but I know Cleo could help out with this

Get well soon, xB! Depending on the type of holiday you go on, especially if it's activity filled, it's quite normal to be tired after. Especially if there's a long travel time involved (long car rides, flights, etc). On long journeys, I almost always add 1-2 days extra recovery days after a trip. I like traveling and make it a point to get out of the house and go somewhere different at least once a year. It helps with the brain fuzzies.
