Josh Green if you don’t play a lot , or don’t play very competitively , you don’t need it man. The main feature is the paddles and those are mainly for an advantage in comp gaming. Hey could you explain the joke please, kh2 is my favorite game ever but I'm not a fan fiction guy.
@AlexW19953 жыл бұрын
@@keybladeslashw900 ah I don't quite remember the context in the video but Tim Rogers mentioned the fanfic for kingdom hearts 2, and when kh2 came out and for years afterwards there were so many fanfic put out (most of which was garbage) but a lot of it was pretty good and the characters kind of turned into a fandom version of them. So in game Kairi doesn't get a lot of character development but the fandom kind of collectively created a personality for her through the use of fanfic and bc there was so much time between games whatever expectation we had for kh3 could never meet the expectations of the fandom. So for example, Roxas coming back was written so many times in so many ways, some of which was really well written, that no matter how Nomura wrote it out unless it was a whole other game just about Roxas again then it wouldn't be perfect. And I feel like most people don't like talking about that era bc of the more awful fanfic but it really defined how I looked at the game through middle and high school.

I bought the controller based on watching this review several times as a fun bit of Tim Content, and after getting counselled by the Stick Mavens over at Discord Dot GG Forward Slash Action Button. Owning this controller and using it daily has been a joy, and feels every bit as good as what Tim describes. Having purchased this for 50% off retail price (thanks, eBay), I decided to put it through its paces. My game of choice was Deltarune, an experience necessitating literally a d-pad and three buttons. I mostly use this to play platformers. I even got an adapter so I can use it on Switch and PS4! Some days I play with it and think to myself that this is the fanciest thing I own. I feel underdressed when I hold this controller. Anyway this video is fun whether you already own the controller or not.
