I had one on for about 2 days. I had to use the spacers with my UUC sway bar. It hung WAY too low. Just an FYI.. not if, but WHEN you hit something with the x-brace, the supplied washers for the bolts going through the steering rack are a bit too small. I put in larger washers for piece of mind.

Horror to look at that fragile small washers going inside the slotted holes... I think you should do better there with bigger and better washers. 4:34 5:06 5:30 are a concrete example of a "don't do", obviuosly if you care :)

Ive been looking at this for my E30 aswell for some time but have yet to buy because im scared of the ground clearance. My e30 is on Ground Control coils and is the same height as your e30 if not lower. The only part is my front height adjusters are wound all the way up because for my gc kit I cut my housings to the length of the koni inserts. That being said my skid plate also puts in work daily and am scared I would end up hitting the ground more with the x brace. In your next video I would love to see a peek at the underside when the car is on the ground so I can see ground clearance.

Frederick next video you will see it scrape lol. It has about 1 inch of clearance between it and the ground. I’ve hit it plenty of time now lol.
