I made your bao recipe, bao were rather nice and puffly but they were also yellow color due to the baking powder added, what to do to have them whiter ? And the dough was not enough soft for me. Maybe let the fermentation time longer? Can you give me your advices for the 2 "problems" please? Your videos are very interesting and i learnt a lot through them. I'm terribly sorry to not understand nor read chinese though I'm overseas chinese woman, too bad, indeeed!

Add more water or extend the second fermentation time to make the buns softer,Whitening buns requires the use of the correct flour and the correct kneading method You can watch this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/iXW6laCgmdh7n6c
