Wow. Just wow. I completely forgot about Estham. I didn’t even know it was a thing until this video reminded me! I’m still learning about XC2…

I'm really loving your xenoblade videos, despite not being one of your most watch series. Also, what do you thinks is going to be Monolith Soft next game? XC3, XCX2, new ip?
@linkalot74153 жыл бұрын
Thank you! As to your question, I think probably either a new IP or an X port. For Xenoblade 3, I think we'll probably have to wait a little longer

Hummmmm... I wonder if these will be added if xc2 and torna get a definite edition one day.

That would be awesome! I'm actually surprised how many views this video got, my Xenoblade videos normally do very poorly

@@linkalot7415 I bet we will have airship stuff, the umon things indicates they had titan ship travel but didn't have time to add it.

I thought that most people, as Luxin did, guessed that Estham was the avian-looking titan that can be seen on Hugo's map, directly above Torna, but regardless, i'm pretty confident that THAT is Estham instead, and, as Luxin states in his video on Hugo's map, the titan that you called Estham was instead the Cliffs of Morytha, most likely. (Anybody watching this that hasn't already should really watch Luxin's video about Hugo's map) Also, just a slight correction here, but the Gort fight actually takes place on Gormott, BEFORE the main party departs to Spessia. One more thing i have to say is... you forgot about a lot of other titans. Namely, the bevy of other trade guilds that we don't ever see at all, learn very much about, or let alone visit, in XC2's main game, or Torna. It's even crazier that we never get to visit any of the other trade guilds besides Argentum, when all of the same unseen trade guilds are namedropped in Torna AND the main game, meaning that they were around in Torna, and STILL around 492 years later when the main game takes place. I really do wish we got to visit at least ONE of the other trade guilds...

The main thing that's very disappointing in Torna the Golden Country is the story is put in the middle of the Aegis war instead of the beginning; because of that so much content is missing and excluded. The game should have started playing as Amalthus preparing for his mission to climb the world tree then coming back home with the 2 Aegis core crystals, resonating with Malos (having Aegis awakening cutscenes would be epic), with some time later Malos decides to leave after his affinity chart is complete having all his powers, Amalthus realizing his mistake of resonating with a loose cannon blade makes a campaign to see who could awaken Mythra in the Uraya Olethro Playhouse, with Adam finally arriving after some time and successfully resonating with Mythra, then the gameplay switching perspective to Adam. Though it's never explained why would Adam leave Torna and go to Uraya just to attempt with resonating a potentially mythical blade and no titans have been attack by Malos yet; it's a bit strange when you look at it in that context, what makes some sense is Jin was supposed to be Adams blade originally since Jin's core crystal was royal treasure stolen by Gort then Lora as child accidentally resonating with Jin, so Adam is left out of a rare blade, still weird for just that reason.
