Live to fight and fight to live in the next entry in the Xenoblade Chronicles series. Join Noah and Mio, members of the two opposing nations of Keves and Agnus, on a heartfelt journey to end the cycle of violence. A group of six characters from these nations join together to awaken the colonies of Aionios and expose the true threat both nations face. A lot of good stuff are hidden in sidequests, side stories, hero quests, and ascension quests in this game. Lots of unresolved issues in main story cutscenes get resolved in them.

Im surprised is shorter than XC2 all reviewers and ppl on reddit say the cutscenes are the longest in any xenoblade game, or is it becuase side content is more cutscene heavy than before?

I just beat the game, the reason it feels like there's more is because A. Every thirty steps there is a new cutscene B. They are way longer than any cutscene in 2 C. If you were to skip cutscenes the game is much much shorter. If you didn't do any side quests I'd say the game is 30 hours.

Well, the side contents are recommended in this game. In 2, you can actually skip most blade quests and that wouldn't change much, and blade quests cutscenes feels different compared to main game cutscenes. But in this one, doing side contents enrich your experience so much more. And all side contents have cutscenes that feels no different from main story cutscenes. So there's that.

It is only an hour less cutscenes than XC2, so I think its still pretty awesome!
