If anyone else was curious about the Chinese medley that usually plays that they talked about it's called the oriental riff and has been used in Western culture as a trope or a stereotype of orientalism to represent the idea of mainland China and East Asia as a whole. Was first used in a Aladdin stage show in 1847.
