鹌鹑蛋 (anchun dan) or quail eggs are a common street food in China. Sets of five eggs are typically fried in a cast iron aebelskiver pan and served on a skewer for easy eating. The sauce seen in the video is a mix of sesame paste and chili oil. Seen in Xi'an China's Muslim Quarter.
