Strong Flour 500gm, water about 250 to 300gm at 60 to 100 degrees, salt 5gm, 1 egg white or 50 gm potato starch. 😂😊

Jessiechew4807 if you use scalding hot water mix with the flour, you must use a noodle press machine to roll the dough out since gluten made the product chewy in nature.
