我二十年前打过六字诀15分钟太长了。 现在这个套路简化成六分钟太好了,音乐也听着舒服,感谢上传。

别先感谢上帝,这六分钟的是比赛简化版的,给裁判看看的,拿来健身,时长得不到保证作用很有限

我在10多年前也學過這幾套氣功,尤其喜歡做六字訣跟五禽戲,感覺好舒服。記得那時好像是每個動作重覆6次嗎?而且音樂真係唔同而家呢首。😃 不過,我都好多年沒有再練習了。🤦 老師,也想問請教一吓,這些氣功背後的理念,有否哪些宗教的理念根基嗎?例如道家,佛家之類。練習的時候,是否要倒空自己,腦海要一片空白呢?

您好!感謝您的留言!原來您也練過好多年啊!您應該堅持下來呀,不過現在重新開始也是可以的! 正如您所說,二十多年前推出的這四套功法:易筋經、五禽戲、六字訣及八段錦,都是十三分鐘大眾推廣版的。後來為了比賽的方便,時間和次數進行了減半,音樂採用了當時專為競賽套路準備的六分鐘表演音樂。所以,現在我們平時練功就練長版的,比賽的時候比短版的。 中國文化有著豐富多彩的內容,其中受諸子百家裏儒、釋、道,三家的影響最為深遠,而這三家都有教人修心調身的方法。而這些養生的方法又受到不同因素的影響,比如陰陽五行、醫家的醫理學說。所以氣功也是集中華文明為大成者!她注重的不是對宗教的宣揚,而是對人體的影響和思想的淨化。 簡單來講,練功需要先入靜,而入靜最快的方法就是以一念代萬念。這一念可以是關注呼吸,可以是關注身形,可以是想像一個美好的場景,也可以是運氣、行氣⋯等等

謝謝你的回覆。想當年都只是學習了基本的認識,但感覺幾舒服。今日可能因工作關係,重複性動作。發覺左手無名指關節有點脹痛,及牽動至手㬹附近。不知是否發炎呢....好驚會變成是彈弓手網球手呢。似乎練習易筋經或六字訣,會有幫助嗎? 還記得想當年,左手腕本身跟腱發炎,母指不能張開。但跟師傅學習易筋經後,竟即時能夠張大呢。

Thank you so much for your kind words, I really appreciate it. I do practice it regularly because it keeps me physically and mentally fit. I teach in Hong Kong where I've met a lot of wonderful students. My goal is to grow the awareness of Health QiGong, letting more people to know about the benefits it brings to your health. I would also like to reach more young people because the long term benefits should not be underestimated. Thank you again for your encouragement.
