芒果西米露(1人份)
食材
西谷米25克(容易操作的量,多於1人份)
芒果1~2顆(取果肉290克)
百香果4顆(需果汁25克)
椰漿粉45克(分成20\25)
糖60克(分成25\35)
水185克(分成100\85)
冰塊 45克
底層甜椰奶--水100cc、椰漿粉20克、糖25克
中層芒果汁-- 芒果肉145克、百香果汁25克、椰漿粉25克、糖35克、水85克、冰塊 45克 (容易操作的量,多於1人份)
上層芒果丁---芒果肉145克
食材處理
1.湯鍋加水煮滾,倒入西谷米,再沸後轉小火,續煮15分鐘,米心有小白點,熄火,蓋著燜至米心沒有白點,用濾網撈起,放入飲用水中。
2.芒果削皮去籽,145克切塊打汁丶145克切小丁。百香果切開取肉,濾除種籽,留下數顆裝飾用,果汁25克備用。
3.取一果汁杯,容量450cc備用。果汁機中放入水100cc、椰漿粉20克、糖25克打勻,倒出至果汁杯中。
4.果汁機中放入切塊芒果肉145克、百香果汁25克、椰漿粉25克、糖35克、水85克、冰塊 45克,打勻,倒出至一大碗中。
5.濾出泡水的西谷米,取180克和步驟4的椰奶芒果汁拌勻。
組裝
6.從步驟5的大碗中舀出芒果西谷米,順著湯匙流入杯中。
7.放上芒果丁145 g,淋上1小匙西谷米、數顆百香果籽即可。
Mango sago (for 1 person)
Ingredients
25 grams of sago rice (an easy-to-handle amount, for more than 1 person)
1~2 mangoes (take 290 grams of pulp)
4 passion fruits (25 grams of juice required)
45g coconut milk powder (divided into 20\25)
60 grams of sugar (divided into 25\35)
185 grams of water (divided into 100\85)
45g ice cubes
Bottom layer of sweet coconut milk - 100cc water, 20g coconut milk powder, 25g sugar
Middle layer of mango juice - 145 grams of mango pulp, 25 grams of passion fruit juice, 25 grams of coconut milk powder, 35 grams of sugar, 85 grams of water, 45 grams of ice cubes (easy to handle, more than 1 person)
Top layer of diced mango---145 grams of mango pulp
Food processing
1. Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the sago rice. After boiling again, turn down the heat and cook for 15 minutes. If there are small white spots on the center of the rice, turn off the heat. Cover and simmer until there are no white spots on the center of the rice. Remove with a strainer and put it in for drinking. in water.
2. Peel and remove the seeds from the mango, cut 145g into cubes and juice, and cut 145g into small cubes. Cut the passion fruit into pieces, remove the seeds, and leave a few for decoration and 25 grams of juice for later use.

4. Put 145 grams of diced mango pulp, 25 grams of passion fruit juice, 25 grams of coconut milk powder, 35 grams of sugar, 85 grams of water, and 45 grams of ice cubes into the juice machine, mix well, and pour into a large bowl.
5. Strain out the soaked sago rice, take 180 grams and mix it with the coconut milk and mango juice from step 4.
Assemble
6. Scoop out the mango sago rice from the large bowl in step 5, and pour it into the cup along the spoon.
7. Place 145 g of diced mango, top with 1 tsp of sago rice and a few passion fruit seeds.
