Thank you for detailed explanation! However, when opening the battery case, the component(likely AO4447A) below Thermal fuse(Sefuse D6x) got damaged and lost connection to the circuit board. Can I solder it to the board once again? Or can I replace it? Can you please guide me what can I do further? Your 3d model of battery case attached is very helpful , Thank you!!!
@chichovenci Жыл бұрын
if fuse is "just unsoldered " ... check it with ohmmeter and if is still usable (operational) you can solder it to it's place. otherwise use compatible replacement.

Does anyone know what max amp The board can handle? Can I use more batteries in paralell? I suppose other BMS boards cant be used when they lack ID/T support

Cool DIY replacement. Wouldn't it be easier to order a replacement pack, preferably from a longer-lasting robotcleaner like the 1T or 1S ? Those have a 5,2 Ah battery capacity in comparison to the mop with 3,2 Ah.

Replacement battery from aliexpress would cost me way more than changing the cells, also lg cells in this battery pack aren't reliable enough (in my opinion).

In my case transport and taxes 20% plus customs commission management was the issue making overall price.

it las long time ago i don't remember very good scheme but... have you tested all cells in the end of the cells "pack" there should be some voltage 12 - 16. other in my mind is have you check the fuse before solder it to the board? and in most laptops fuse is with 4 legs have you check scheme before soldering the fuse....

If the complete battery pack gives the correct voltage, but, through the connector that goes to the vacuum cleaner (4 pins), it only gives approximately 7v - 8 volts, what do you advise me to check? The cells have just been replaced, the vacuum cleaner only turns on if it is in the base to be charged and the batteries are 100% charged at 4.2v

Hi. I have the Xiaomi 1c that has a 2600mah battery. The battery only lasts 10 minutes then its dead. So I ordered a 6500mah battery pack from the Roborock. So my issue is, when I plug the new 6500mah battery in, the machine doesn't turn on, but it still works fine with the old battery. The new 6500mah battery is also rated at 14.4 volts. Do you have any idea what could be the problem? Thanks, from South Africa.

If you already tried to put vacuum on dock station to charge the battery, and nothing happened. My next though is check for fuse on battery bms board.

@@Evilfire177195 17.7v, that's odd. The original pack is made of 4S2P 18650 lithium ion cells, so its nominal voltage is 3.7v*4 (14.8v), and its voltage at full charge is 4.2v*4 (16.8v).

@@nguyen_van_a sorry for false information given before. Based on what you said is exactly the same with the battery i bought. But problem already solve. how did you remove this part from the battery case? to open the battery is ok, but I don't know how to remove this piece from the orange case to see the cells... I don't know if it has some glue, so I don't wanna just pull the piece out
@chichovenci3 жыл бұрын
Orange part is insert on inner side of battery case there are pins holding the insert (this orange part with the charging board and batteries) most of cases on the bottom on battery case there is glue holding the cells. One way to disassemble this case is to cut the bottom corners of the case and to use screwdriver to prime cells, other is to disconnect the board from the cells and to remove board, afterwards to remove the orange insert and with pliers to remove cells (but careful not to damage the cells (always be careful with li ion batteries it can become dangerous)).
