XL350 Honda 36mm Mikuni Carb upgrade Part 5

Upgraded carburetor to a 36mm Mikuni on a 1974 Honda XL-350.

Good stuff .we use to bore them out to 410 .cam carb.super trap muff . Etc go like hell .tilll it tears third gear to bits .grt days 😂😂

Think it was called. Power roll or something ? You hv to bore barrel to take new sleeve

@@dan7764 He will get you in the ball park with jetting that Mikuni carb based on any modifications you have done to the bike. Then you will have to fine tune it and most likely need to lean it out a bit. It’s not exactly a plug and play type of deal. You do need to have a fairly good understanding as to which circuits do what in order to dial it in properly. The kit is nice because it includes the new throttle and cable to suit. I was very surprised at how much more responsive the bike became after this upgrade. It a totally different riding experience. Good luck, Todd
