Is there a way to create fades on midi tracks? Cakewalk allows you to make fades and crossfades like your examples for audio tracks! Thanks

Thanks. Your channel is one of the best in the subject of Bitwig and music production. I remember the time when it had just a few hundreds of subscribers. Cheers Kind regards, Your subscriber

I think the event auto fade is to mitigate / insure against pops / clicks when moving between different audio events quickly in a clip.

OMG dude! You explained this so well! Wow. This is really confusing! I was wrestling with this but now I have a clearer understanding. I come from Stupido One and Reaper where crossfading is much easier and more intuitive. I really like Bitwig so I guess I'm gonna have to get used to this but it is not intuitive.

yeah, i am waiting to have more people on that one. I did something like that in the past, and it was a flop, nobody watched it and took a lot of work.

@@XNBeatsMusic you’ve got so much gold in your back catalog, I can’t wait to work my way through all of it. I’m a huge fan of Khan Academy, that dude got me through several college classes back in the day… I feel like your channel has that potential too. It’s such a boon to be able to learn so many things across this subject of music from one guy who is enthusiastic and knows how to teach. Can’t thank you enough!

@@Orangebritches Thanks man, it's my pleasure to help. I've been teaching (overseas) for a long time now. It's certainly a skill you develop overtime. So I'll try to keep them coming :)
