Yes it would've removed the slow. But if that was his intent, he just wasted it instead of possibly having it up for a potential future fight

I often lost my lane due to champion's playing time difference (just starting playing Shen for a few days), but it is super easy to change the tide of match by winning one good fight with Shen ult. Ah man the wave clear you get from moonfire is so satisfying as a tank. Honestly it is a great addition because it doesn't make tanks do to much damage in fights but lets them get enough damage to have good wave clear so they can actually have some tempo control. 26:02 I feel like when you're that far ahead, you could go for a Rabadon's Deathcap, a Nashor's Tooth, or some other high AP item because you've already got enough tankiness. AP will actually give you a bigger shield on ultimate and more damage on Q and E 👀. AP items also often have high Ability Haste numbers.
