Those were very fast and did really well racing when nitro monster truck racing was a thing which turned into truggies and kinda the slow down of nitro monster trucks as we know it but they were awesome on the track

I owned both, the mammoth was the biggest turd I ever owned, and back then I bought ever model I wanted. And the Savage was a beast, beat the snot out of the truck and rarely broke anything. First time I jumped the Mammoth off medium size jump, it tweaked the chassis, weakest junk parts on any RC car I owned!.

Hi there hybrid how’s it going? I’m having a trouble keeping my nitro car running it only runs whenever I put fuel in the carb, it stays running for about 5 seconds then cuts off any idea why this is?

Clog or hole in fuel tank or supply line, clog or hole in line from muffler. Clogged carb needle. Take all fuel lines off and see if you can blow through them, then cover the end of the line and see if it holds pressure, then connect to tank and do the same, then connect line to carb and see if you can blow through . You have either a clog or a leak, or possibly both. I have also had gunk get into the exhaust and clog up the muffler

To add even further, I've had muffler come loose from motor and not pump air back to fuel tank

Once you get to a million you can’t pour it. You have to spread it in there like toothpaste otherwise it won’t move. You can use a small spatula or a butter knife
