"hopes to make a movie deal" i wish!!! this show was so damn good that i just hate the fact that warner brothers cancelled the series!!! we have no season 3 and no movie... 😭 but i honestly still have hope for it. Steven Spielberg may someday try to revive this series just like how the creator of Samurai Jack did with his show. if we don't ever get a freakazoid season 3, then a movie will still be good enough ^^

I don't see it as movie material. Don't get me wrong: Freakazoid not only is awesome, it's also ahead of its time. It would fit greatly in today's fanboy culture and internet humor. I just think a movie would be underwelming and wouldn't tap all of its potential. I think I have a better idea: A reboot high-budgeted live-action tv series with the same writers as the original, with updated references and parodies.

@@laserlock777 It is indeed, but series are allowed to take more chances than movies (specially in streaming), and the original writers wouldn't let it suck, and they already have not only talent and experience but also a blueprint in the original. Besides, if it fails, we still have the original classic.
