Main kaafi tome se yoga karta hu yog vigyan sansthan ki class main par kaafi tome se ja nahi raha par ghar par unke yogasan ko follow kar k karta hu par anulom vilom aur naadi sodhan ka farq wali video delh kr antar samajh aaya uske sath aapne idla pingla naadi ka farq samjhaya aur malasan wali video bhi kaafi achi lagi main karib 22 saal se subah khali pet paani pee rha hu pr farq nahi lgta tha aapki malasan wali video dekhkar kaafi sikhne ko mila.
