鰻魚 (ZH) = eel (EN) = unagi / ウナギ (freshwater), or anago / アナゴ (salt-water) (JP). Therefore, 鰻魚汁 = eel sauce, NOT sushi sauce. Personally, I prefer the fish with the eel sauce.
