Green grapes 300g 青葡萄 300克
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
➡️Green grapes juice 1000ml 青葡萄汁 1000毫升
Cream cheese 100g 奶油奶酪 100克
Lemon juice few 柠檬汁数滴
Water 100ml 清水 100毫升
Whipping cream 100ml 鲜奶油 100毫升
Caster sugar 140g 细砂糖 140克
Agar powder 3+1/2tsp 燕菜粉 3+1/2茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙
●Cheese Layer 芝士层
Water 400ml 清水 400毫升
Whipping cream 100ml 鲜奶油 100毫升
Cream cheese 100g 奶油奶酪 100克
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Agar powder 1+1/2tsp 燕菜粉 1+1/2 茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙
● Top Layer 顶层
Salted pickled Sakura cherry blossoms 10g
盐泽樱花 10克
Warm water as needed 温开水 适量
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖 30克
Agar powder 3/4tsp 燕菜粉 3/4茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙

The size is flexible and suitable for most kitchen hole dimensions:
65 - 84cm (W) x 35 - 48cm (D).
If without kitchen hole, it is safe to place directly on the kitchen counter as the bottom of the Flexi Hob has rubber legs.
There’s a safety device. If the fire is extinguished due to wind, the safety detector will cut off the gas supply to avoid gas leak.
It is easy to and clean after use too thanks to the sealed burner.
