高筋麵粉：250克
奶粉： 10克
牛奶： 140克
全蛋液：30克
酵母： 3克
白糖： 30克
黃油（牛油 / 奶油）：25克
食盐（鹽巴）：3克
椰蓉餡：
椰蓉：50克
黃油/牛油/奶油：25克
細砂糖：25克
雞蛋： 25克
牛奶：25克
第一次擀成38 X 28 釐米的大麵片， 椰蓉餡鋪到2/3處。 最後成型大約為28 X 12CM的長方形麵片。
廚師機攪打時間供參考： 2檔7分鐘， 4檔5分鐘， 出粗膜，加牛油（黃油、奶油）和鹽（盐）之後， 4檔5分鐘， 7檔8分鐘出手套膜。
450克土司盒：19.2 x 10.2 x 11.5 cm / 7.5 x 4 x 4 inch
預熱烤箱：上火150℃（302℉）， 下火160℃（320℉）
烤30分鐘
放烤箱/焗爐底層架
Ingredients:
Bread flour： 250g
Milk powder： 10g
Milk : 140g
Egg： 30g (the remaining for egg wash)
Dry yeast： 3g
Sugar： 30
Unsalted butter：25g
Salt：3g
For the coconut filling:
Desiccated coconut: 50g
Unsalted butter:20g
Sugar: 25g
Egg: 1
Milk: 20g
Loaf Pan Size: 19.2 x 10.2 x 11.5 cm / 7.5 x 4 x 4 inch
Preheated oven：top heat 150℃（302℉）， bottom heat 160℃（320℉）
Bake for 35 minutes
Place on bottom rack
