200 Gram Paneer
1 tsp Ghee
Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamom
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 Dry Red Chillies
4 Chopped Onions
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1 tsp Gram Flour
Water as Require
Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala
1 tsp Butter
1 tbsp Cream
Grated Paneer
2 Green Chillies
