But now days unlike before the science based studies are advising to enjoy butter without any fear though. It can even be Gee or any other butter at all. A high amount of fat moderate protein and low carbohydrates has been said by them.

Selam, thank you for your feedback. There are different type of fat; science is recommending to eat more of unsaturated fat like olive oil, avocado, flaxseed----. Butter is Saturated fat, which is not recommended to be eaten in a large amount, because it can clog arteries and cause cardiac problem. Moreover, fat has 9 calories per gram, so it has to be eaten in moderation.

@@managingyourdiabetesHGW thank you. But saturated fat is not bad, they say. Especially if it’s organic such as natural Ethiopian 🇪🇹 butter. The problem is when they remove the creamy part of it and add up sugar so that they claim it is low fat or fat free and such and such. Whole milk or whole butter which is saturated is very healthy my dear. If you get a time to spare watch some doctors debate like professor William Lee, Doctor Sven Ekberg and Doctor Eric Berg. According to their studies it’s the carbohydrate (sugar and flour) that causes almost the 99.99% of all diseases my dear. And of course smoking. Carbs carbs and carbs! Not fats at all.
