Maybe the lack of subtitles. People will dislike a video for the pettiest of reasons.

Putri Joyce Irawati It’s a Chinese tutorial, what did you expect? I get maybe it’s the specific recipe that they wanted, but they see a Chinese subtitle, so they shouldn’t expect any English subtitles.

They dislike it because they dont have a good asian restaurant near them. One they can actually call and order some noodles to make up for the yummy video.
When i was at China, i ate lots of this noodle with my friends and i missed it so much. Your video helped me to make this wonderful noodle and i really enjoyed it. This noodle have so much memory and have lots of meaning to me. Lots of thanks and love from Korea.

This is a northwestern style of noodles in China. I'm not sure you are missing these ones in particular. If you are, use flour that has over 11g/100g protein, which is one of the essences of these noodles.

어! 영어 진짜 잘해요. 나는 한국어를 배우려고 하는데, 아직도 잘못해. 한국 너무 좋아해요, 가고싶어요.
I just made this and it was soooo good! And the noodle stretching part was really fun and surprisingly easy to do. It's so hard to get authentic Chinese food where I live in Europe, so I'm really happy I found this channel and can make my own. Thank you so much, 小高姐!

@bananabanana just water and flour, no yeast is needed
Step 1 Plain flour: 365 g Salt: 2 g Water: 191 g Mix flour and salt, add in water gradually and knead the dough once it comes together for 3 minutes. Cover and rest for 45 minutes. Step 2 Knead until smooth, tear off a small sized ball to make 9 pieces. Pull the sides under of each ball to make it smooth. Flatten with a rolling pin rotating 90° at the beginning to ensure uniformity until the size of small pitta. Put 20 g of oil on a plate and rub the pitta sized dough on both sides. Rest for two hours. Step 3 After rest, take a dough a pull gently from the sides. Once of sufficient length, bounce the dough off the table to continue the stretching process. Once of desire length, tear from the middle. Boil as needed.
I've tried making biang biang noodles several times and could never get them to stretch very far without breaking. This video answered the question! You have to roll and form out the logs and leave those to rest. If you try to go from small dough ball to biang-ing in one phase, the dough will be stiff and break easily. It's such a simple step but that makes a huge difference!

Lovely. Thank you :-) You have made this video about food and not yourself like some others do.
I watched many times of this video and finally tried today. It was such a success except oil was everywhere. Thank you very much. Did you have any tips to avoid spreading oil?
When you add them green onions chili flakes, I was like "is she gonna eat them raw or what?",but when you add the hot oil I just litterally said wowwww & clapped & smiled. Difinetly gonna try this but first I wanna find bok choy, I live in a south asian country & I've never seen bok choy in real life. We do have some east asian grocery shops in capital city I try to find these in there. Thank you for this very simple but so tasty looking recipe. I don't what it calls but gonna try this ❤

Cucumbers could work in a pinch. Completely different thing, but serves a similar purpose - to add crunch and some cooling effect to balance the heat. Julienne them, sprinkle with salt, leave for 30 secs or so, then rinse off the salt and squeeze some of the water out. Potentially too watery if you don't do this.

It's totally fine to eat green onions raw :)
