Been using Tojiro Honesuki as main kitchen knife for about 3-4 years now. I have other knives as well but most of the times, I seem to be going for the Tojiro and a petty knife. I had a deba as well but ended up giving it away as Honesuki can do most of what deba can do and more. I just wanted to add that it is a great all around home kitchen knife IMHO, not just for deboning chicken, particularly with handle heavy design. Cheers!
