@Steve S I have a copy or two of Warren's biblography "The Snowball". Its written by author Alice Schroeder because Warren doesn't write these books himself. Its essentially Warren telling us his life story from his childhood to old age?( When he was in his 50s, 60s?). It details how he started learning investment, his early career, the relationship with his family. How Berkashire Hathaway came to be. Its a really important story that influenced my views on investment and life. I highly recommend anyone who's remotely interested in Warren Buffett to read it.

For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.

Can anyone recommend any books or films that REALLY go into detail on Buffett's time at Berkshire Hathaway? I've seen a couple of documentaries on KZbin but they didn't go into the detail I'm looking for. I'd love to find something that goes through Buffett's leadership chronologically very specifically and outlines major investments with all the figures etc. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks.
