Blue Loctite on the spring pin is a good idea. The latch clip that came with mine does not look like the one in the video, I got a E-clip instead. Must have been a change to save a few change.

Yes the "latch clip" is an extremely poor design feature here. Completely unreliable.

Nevermind, I misunderstood. The rack will work but a 1.25” receiver will obviously not fit
