Nice DIY...... I just deleted the catalyst of my R25/R3 and attached a straight pipe ....... In the future I'm thinking of installing an underbelly exhaust 👌🏻 ..... Under tail exhaust seems complicated to install 🤔

bro, have you make it to undertail? i have 1 suggestion if you want to do it. Search or make the header that has 1 circle before the silencer, because if the header just go straight from the engine to the silencer, it will lose power at high rpm. cmiww

Can you get one of these for a 2019 MT03, It has same engine as the R3

@@MasterKeyMagic awsome thanks for that mate, I will look into it, I also want one of those twist header pipes, one that looks like an underbelly donut. I was also wondering if I can hook this twin muffler header up to the stock cat system if that is possible ?

Artistry Ignited You'd have to get really clever with the welding and make your own pipes but yes, it could be done. It wouldnt be easy though

@Artistry Ignited r3 and mt3 dont have a same header, because mt3 has mud guard under the engine, if you want to install r3 header, u must uninstall your mudguard.

Zorina Pachuau Mine does only if it very bug bumps going fast. Normal speed bumps while slowed down, no it does not hit

Nice guide and quick question. Do you think it' necessary to remove the tail parts to install that full exhaust system?

Chris K If you kept the stock rear fender, it would change a lot. First check that your pipes with their mufflers can pit around it. If they do you'll just have to find a different way to hang the pipes up.

Chris K 11 inches. And Mine are not slipped on over the pipes. We just welded the two together at the tips.
