with the original tank cap for the Acerbis i have no problems. With the locking cap i have little problems when the tank is complete fuel. Ill will change the gasket in the next time.

the acebis is also lighter, but honestly when riding I don't notice any difference in weight or center of gravity from the fuel tanks

How do you like the tank? Did you leave the vented cap? I have same bike and will be installing the acerbis tank tomorrow- and bought the locking cap but hear they are problematic so may just go with original vented cap. Any thoughts ? Thanks

hi thanks, I'm not the youngest;) I learned that so for many, many years ago and kept it. For the E starter / battery it is also something easier with pulled clutch.

@@hobbytechnik9001Nice addition. My XT660Z has a 23L was one thing that put me off about the T7 is the small tank. Glad something decent is available such as this. I learned to do that with my foot on the gear lever same time to ensure it's neutral. But these days If a bike has neutral light I don't do it.

yes is the high rally seat, its fit 100% too the acerbis tank, you need no modification.

hi, die Tankanzeige arbeitet klassisch über einen Schwimmer im Tank. Wie genau die Anzeige mit dem Tank geht, ob und wann der Reservebalken zu blinken anfängt und wie viel Sprit dann noch zum verfahren zur Verfügung steht kann ich leider noch nichts zu sagen, bin jetzt nicht mehr so viel gefahren. Kann bisher nur sagen, nachdem ich den Tank bis oben gefüllt hatte stand auch die Tankanzeige auf "Voll" ;)

hi, ist jetzt keine Rechtsauskunft und keine Garantie auf Richtigkeit, der Tank ist speziell für die Tenere 700 gemacht und hat ein E Prüfzeichen und mit dem entsprechenden beigefügten Tankdeckel (incl. Schlauch zum Aktivfilter) müßte alles soweit legal sein.

da kann ich leider noch nichts zu sagen. Möglich das in den Taschen immer eine Restmenge bleibt, aber mehr als 1 - 2 Liter glaube ich auch nicht. Schätze mal so 100 - 150 km mehr werden schon möglich sein.

hi, vorweg cooles bike schön gemacht. gefällt mir persönlich. ich sehe du hast die gsg moto. tech. crush pads montiert. kannst du bei gelegenheit auch ein kurzes video zu machen? Ansicht von vorne wäre gut um zu sehen wie weit die so abstehen.... ist nämlich eine gute alternative zu den crush bars...

danke, freut mich das dir die Tenere gefällt :) Die seitlichen Sturz Pads habe ich hauptsächlich montiert um den Kühler / Motor bei kleinen Umfaller zu schützen. Ob es auch für die Verkleidung reicht vermute ich fast nicht, da sind dann richtige Crash Bars wohl die besser Wahl. Wenns Wetter besser wird mach ich aber ev. nochmal ein Video mit einer Ansicht von vorne.
