Quick question, does the bike have to be perfectly upright or can it be on the stand leaning towards the left a bit to fill the oil? I see you are still answering comments made a few months ago on a 8 year old video. You are a legend!

Hi, I would say that it does not matyer in what position the bike is during filling, but you need to get in oil enough. BUT have it on flat place and in upright position when checking the level of the oil 😊. Right?

Most often it does not get gasoline or there is no spark on spark plug. Check first that kill switch is not on :-)

Aceite usé fueron SAE 80W-90 Los números "80W-90" se refieren a los grados de viscosidad del aceite. Puesto que tiene dos números, este aceite tiene dos grados de viscosidad. La "W" significa invierno. El número "80" - en este caso - significa que el aceite está diseñado para trabajar bien en temperaturas más bajas. El segundo número define la forma delgada del aceite debe estar a 100 grados Celsius. Cuanto menor sea el número, más fino el aceite debe ser.

Hola Jarmo! no me queda claro si prefieres español o ingles, jajaj. Quería preguntarte para qué es la tapa que esta en la parte mas alta. El aceite se le echa a media altura, ok. Pero arriba del todo en medio hay como una tapa, para qué es? muchísimas gracias!

you should remove the fill bolt first because if you drain it and the fill bolt won't come out you have a problem.

You are right, also it improves drain as air enters to replace drained oil space. Normally bolts can be opened, but mentioned situation would seize driving for short period.

Trying to understand your question; a) how long it took to replace oil ... about the same time than video last (when you do it without camera it last about the same than video with some cuts). b) how much you add oil to the final gearbox ... almost 2 dl, see at 2.45 mins, oil is visible, so that it starts to come out from filling hole.

El otro extremo del cardán está lubricado con aceite de motor y el otro está en la unidad de transporte donde cambio el aceite en el video.

Do you mean final gear, on rear. Look the filling hole until enough. See video. If you mean motor oil, its mentioned in text and see sight window for final adjustment.

Hieno juttu, itselläni on tuo Virago ollut jo aika pitkään, hyvin on toiminut. Virago ryhmissä välillä starttiongelmia ja kaasariongelmia. Startti kuluu ja kaasarinkumi/muoviosat hapertuu.
