The fact that there is more money in Walsh components on that YFZ than the entire cost of Top Quad 3 still blows my mind. Having my own YFZR with a vey similar suspension setup from Walsh, the LTR geometry front end is unbeatable in corners. Just get your piggy bank out if you plan to build a pro class caliber machine.

You should do a build on a polaris outlaw 500, it's the same engine as the predator 500 but has irs. One of the best quads out there in my opinion and are really under-rated.

I think just in general quads beat you up more because of the smaller wheel diameter and suspension travel.

a 2017 with only 14 hours 🤣🤣. i had 14 hours in the first 2 weeks on my 2023 🤣🤣. i rode Alan Myers 2020 bike . it had the walsh ltr front end . that was the most amazing bike ive ever ridden . the handling and power was on another level . i was accidently over jumping stuff .

I use to love the 450r and im sure if they made them now they would be wider but something about the yamaha 450 just handling wise is so good even stock. But ive always wanted to drive a ltr 450.

yamaha raptor 770cc at 75mph in 4th gear I can pull it up then shift into 5th and it's just stupid. Even did a plus 3mm intake valves and plus 2mm exhaust valves. Stage 3 cam, but I kept my compression at 11:1, too many things I've done including full Hinson clutch set up. Geared to the moon... I use lithium ion battery. 105.5mm piston and cylinder, stroker crankshaft. Plus many other features. Great video btw

2019 to newer yfz need the clutch basket swapped for a 2009 2010 clutch basket. The stock clutch can come apart and wipe out the engine. They only have 3 riviots

Great quad 🔝 I am surprise of after market parts on this build. Here in Portugal Tha not come easy to find. I am searching for 3 months for a tiny peace for my edelbrock carburetor and it's coming a nightmare, put again my stock carburetor and change jetting. I never ride a yamaha 450 but I my opinion they wreck too much but maybe if I ride I change my opinion. Dude you have skills riding quads. Keep Tha good work.

You should totally build a yfz with a like 2020 yz450f motor, with the reverse Cylinder head.

He did all that work and left the factory breather box on? RP Race and 38 motorsports both make an aftermarket one that cleans all that up nicely and the votex ECU come with a bracket to mount it in the original spot and you can ditch the factory bracket if he was really trying to save weight im kinda confused why he re-mounted the bracket back to the airbox... but overall sweet bike !
