I've never ridden one, but can honestly say that a supercharged V-Max is by far the most insane bike I've ever seen or heard. The one that used to roll around my buddies neighborhood 20 years ago, sounded more like a car. The first time I heard it coming down the street, I assumed it was a T bucket street machine with open headers. Nope, just a blown V-max. Crazy.

My cousin had a Honda 125 Elsinore racing bike two stroke that was fast as hell. This was back in 1976. Cracking the throttle on that bike was like riding a firecracker that just got fired off into the sky. What a machine. Super light and fast as a dragster. Two strokes are an entirely different breed of fast. And that engine scream under fiull throttle is so awesome. I will always miss it. The closest you will ever hear it today is when a big bore two stroke chainsaw goes full gonzo cutting a huge log. If you are ever blessed to get a two stroke anything, run synthetic two stroke oil in the gas. That was a game changer. No more fouled plugs and the engines lasted way longer. Then they just stopped selling them. Darn it. Rest in Peace, Two Stroke Hellions.

Scooters are the most popular type of motorcycle here in the Philippines. Perfect for roads here that are usually riddled with heavy traffic congestion. They are much more easier to maintain than a regular motorcycle. They are also just much more utilitarian in their use with alot of room for cargo and an option for a top box at the back to carry more. Also, the scooter at 4:13 (known as the Honda Click 125i here) happens to be one of the most popular scooter here in the Philippines, that its almost everywhere. It's got a 125cc 4-stroke, SOHC CVT engine that has a max power of 11 horsepower at 8,500 RPM, with liquid cooling. All for just $1,300+.

A 2000 Vulcan or something similar is almost a must. If you're going faster than 10mph and turn, you WILL scrape the footpeg/floorboard, and that can be really fun. More importantly, it gets you used to feeling the limit of the bike, and pushing it a little. Basically, find something that naturally leaves a really wide chicken strip, and see how small you can get it.

As someone who has been on wheels for 20years, I started with 5 with pit bikes. I just can say that this video is 100% accurate!!! I ride a Honda x Adv it is a mix of scooter and enduro and it is awesome u got a sporty vibe but it is great for a daily bike. I spent almost 6 years riding the ktm 690 smcr 2 generations of that model, that bike is just awesome. Absolute wheelie machine but not for daily use, also u are very competitive with that bike in the corners. And last but not least the rsv4 never tried it but it is my dream to have it, i had the r1m and id put it up there with the rsv for the sound. From my experience I d always recommend people to really think before buying leader bikes, they are not for daily use and they bring u lot closer to the afterlife 😂 also if u live in Europe as myself it is always better to have some better bikes for daily use because a leader bike is in my opinion just for the track.

In europe there is a common practice where people take a Cagiva Mito (a 125 2 stroke that can go up to like 100 mph) and swap in the RD350 engine, and basically gets a bike that can easily compete with 600s.
