you guys realize that motorcycles make more power with the servo functional then not right. The peak will be high with it off but the usable power will be higher from idle to about 90% load.

I take it you guys have some kind of contract or getting a kick back from Leo vince since you seem to put their exhaust on everything? On the ninja 400 it sounded good, but this on the zx6r is horrible. I used to have the exact same bike and put a M4 muffler on mine. I think it's like the default exhaust to have for this bike. Sounds amazing, and is reasonably priced, and made right where you're at. Gets rid of all the unwanted emissions piping, non like what you put on with a resonator. Also, just removed the wires from the servo motor itself and there's no codes and no need for a tune unless you want it. Just my two cents🤷‍♂️

The servo controlling a butterfly valve in the exhaust is not only for emissions and noise. At lower RPM you need some backpressure in the exhaust while at higher you don't. The backpressure helps with low RPM torque while at higher RPM(WOT) you don't need the backpressure. You will feel that the bottom-end torque is not as good at before while at high RPM there shouldn't be any noticeable difference.

I have notice more bikes with underbelly exhausts which hide the ugly muffler. The MV AGusta 800 rr triple muffler makes a statement on the side of the bike. Bike manufacturers can mass centralize a bike by locating muffler underbelly. Also underbelly exhaust allow louder pipes as directs sound downward which allows Euro 5 noise abatements.

Tail tidys are technically illegal in some places so I’d imagine they wouldn’t do it because they don’t k ow who will win the bike or where it will go. That’s said all sport bikes need tail tidys

@@lucasmullins5100 As long as you have a plate with a plate light , blinkers and a rear brake light they cant say nothing because that's all it needs to pass inspection legally. Only issue would be some bikes have the blinkers separate and mounted on the rear mount so if you did a tail tidy you would need to buy an aftermarket tail light with built in blinkers lights as well as the brake lights.We can all agree all bikes look better with tail tidys and aftermarket exhaust. Plus the sound is better.

The new exhaust sounds awesome, but the new “muffler” looks oddly small and out of place. The loss of the servo, means there’s no valve opening and closing for increasing back pressure down low (good for acceleration).

I have the white 2021 zx6. It definitely gets attention but it isn't the wrong attention like the law. That exhaust let's everyone within like 10 miles know that you're speeding. I haven't changed anything on my bike.
