People just google "Age of consent in Japan" and just assume that it's okay for adults to sleep with 13+ year-olds. If you do better research you'll find out that, no, it's not true. They have something called "The Child Welfare Act" which prohibits having sexual intercourse with an individual under 18.

Some correction: - Yandere Simulator's code can't be fixed in a couple weeks, because half of the code is a mess and needs a complete rewrite. - The guy who made Love Letter did not fix Yandere Simulator's code, but he made a game from scratch. Not to mention, Love Letter’s visuals and actual school is better. I know YS is suppose to look cute and happy but it’s just too bright for me. Plus the school is too unrealistic. Have you seen the cafeteria? Or much worst, the library in a supposed very privileged high school that was founded by a rich ass family? And with those uniforms? It’s too.. bland. Now I’m not gonna fully commit to supporting Love Letter because there are some unresolved problems (and cuz since everyone I admire getting exposed every day my trust issues go📈📈) but just from the looks of it, it defo already looks better and we ourselves haven’t even played it. I noticed it the first time I saw it. If he didn't intend this he should have made the sister look different. Also, she repeats what Osana says about the guy. So it makes the audience assume he wants to do his sister. which is a common hentai trope.

I don’t like Yansim and Yandev but literally what makes me attracted are the girls not the npcs but the rivals and not the teacher but the nurse... i don't know but its the students that are unknowingly attractive but LL also has attractive characters too.
