It's not that bad. Some people really love to shoot things out of proportions. I'd take genuine reaction to fake smile and laugh any day and she seemed open minded to me (if you think otherwise, you clearly haven't left house or talk to anyone in a long time). Maybe she doesn't get it atm or agree with some, but she is listening, which can't be said for all. I gotta be honest. I'm a man and I'm lazy af. When I had a girlfriend she always wanted to do stuff when all I wanted to do was to stay in bed or the couch and watch a movie, so my first reaction to any of her ideas was always a sigh, sometimes with my mouth, most of the times just with my soul. I'd often say yes and be in a bad mood while we were getting ready to go, but once we were there I would have a better time than I would've had just watching something in bed and being lazy. At first I would agree with most of her plans, eventhough I didn't really want to do most of them, but as the relationship went on I started getting more comfortable with rejecting her plans, to the point where I'm sure she didn't ask me to do things she knew I would say no to. So we stayed at home, be lazy, watch a movie or binge a show. Eventually she broke up with me, in no small part because of that I'm sure. It's been six years and since then I'm free to do whatever I want and not whatever she wants. But since I'm too lazy to do most things, I honestly can count with one hand the times I felt really happy in the last six years. My point is, take bill's bit about not being able to have a day off when you have a girlfriend as what it is: a bit. He ended up following her to places he didn't wanna go, marrying her after talking shit about marriage, and even having kids eventhough he's a psychopath who was afraid to have kids in case they turned up like him. His comedy might seem full of hate, but that's just his comedy, just him blowing some steam. Don't learn from his comedy. Learn from his life.

I was in France working , and my co-worker and I came out of the hotel to see a busload of older American tourists pull up . Old woman after old woman got off . Meaning, if you have a degree as a science engineer but you are flipping burgers (a common tactic by guys to get out of paying the big bucks), you will be stung for the income of a science engineer, not a burger flipper because you *can* earn as much as an engineer even if you arent earning that much currently.
