Watching Trump’s malignant narcissistic psychological decompensation is fascinating. Though I’m slightly disconcerted about the length of time it has taken to hold him accountable, I’m also impressed with the legal mechanics and foresight of the writers of the constitution. They understood they psychology of the demagogue very, very well. Thankfully we don’t see humans as profoundly impaired as Trump often.

Donald Trump appealed the E. Jean Carroll judgment already. In order for him to have done that, he needed to pay the $5 million judgment into the court escrow system. What this means is, when he exhausts his appeals, the court will write her a check for the whole amount of the judgment.

There's also the 14th Amendment, Section 3 case about whether Trump is DQ'd from even being on the ballot. Also, why have Freeman/Moss not sued Trump for defamation? And finally...it sounds like Judge Cannon could simply find for Trump on summary judgment and just call it a day. If any attorneys read this, I'd appreciate hearing any answers.
