I think it's good that 99% of the time you tear to show emotion. it helps show how powerful and meaningful the song is to you. yelawolf is one of my favorite artists. and I'm also an alcoholic. whether im active or not is irrelevant. but this song is very important to me. and I have the same reaction everytime. this is actually tge first time I've seen this video and even heard the song. maybe it will help me. but thank you. and maybe you should react to more of his stuff.

Crying is good for you my friend, it helps unburden your soul. Yela is my favorite musician. I enjoy his rap songs, they hit hard af and really entertaining, but when he crossed over to a classic rock style of music he won me over 💯 and to be completely honest I can’t stand classic rock lmfao but the music yelawolf creates has so much more heart in it than the hair bands of the 80’s trying to maintain popularity. I never knew yelawolf was an alcoholic. Which makes him having his own brand of whiskey “creek water” even more crazy. He took something that had control over him and turned it into a positive in his life. I’m an alcoholic and an addict. I always enjoyed this song but more now that I know the meaning behind it. Plus cmon yelawolf makes some really amazing music videos 🤘😎🤘 I appreciate your review on the video. I’m going to subscribe. Hopefully we some more yela reaction videos in the future

This song hit me hard when I was at the most extreme part of my Xanax addiction. I almost died many times, due to the seizures from the withdrawals. Xanax is also a respiratory suppressant, like alcohol, and it can make you stop breathing in your sleep. Benzodiazepines, such as Xanax and Klonopin, act on the GABA receptors, just like alcohol does, so the withdrawals are almost identical. Benzodiazepine withdrawals and alcohol withdrawals can both be fatal, and it's a very tricky process to taper off that shit. I was taking 10mg of Xanax per day, as prescribed, and now I'm down to 1mg per day. I'm pretty proud of myself.

I learned a LOT about people and benzo's in rehab... scary stuff, those! I'd almost rather plain KILL myself than try and taper off/rehab off benzo's. I would never recommend suicide, that was an exaggeration. BUT man- *I* am proud of you too!

Thanks, brudda. I appreciate that. I'm actually proud of you, as well, because I know alcoholism can be just as difficult/dangerous as benzo addiction. I just hope both of us can keep it up. Weed is all we need.
