Assuming her side of the story is right (about the Alphard driver being disrespectful towards the red car's driver), she has all the rights to get mad. However, she really should've just record it and file a police report. If she didn't do that, she'd be known as the brave victim who is trying to protect her son instead of the delusional karen on the road. Even so, if her story is true, the Alphard driver should apologise to the kid for being rude and she should apologise to the Alphard driver and other people for causing that much of a scene. She could've just asked them to pull over and talk instead of that if she really wanted to talk. Idk
