So impressed to see someone’s life change this fast, it’s so unbelievable how James did it. With all that empty land, I’m thinking maybe a giant mini golf course with waterfalls and water features. I’m going to just spit it out, I think it’s perfect area for a full size basketball court that you can freeze in the winter for an ice rink, and then you can build a go cart track around it. No idea man, the possibilities are endless, the sky is the limit from what you’ve shown us.

I actually love the house updates. I envy how fast the construction is moving. I am in house repair hell. Some guy next door tore down this house to build a much larger house. A lot of that happening in Toronto. Long story short, I live near a ravine by a river and his construction destroyed everything but the house on my property. Big in ground pool, a patio a balcony the front entrance all ended up in a sink hole. Insurance is replacing everything but underground water from the ravine made it tricky. In the 3rd year living in a mud hole. $millions spent and no end in site.

The house is epic but the location poses one problem. I really think you should have built this house on a ranch out in the middle of a large property with no immediate neighbors so you could rev, do donuts, have a gokart track, and basically do whatever you want without any HOA laws or neighbors to offend. Honestly bro, a go cart track will do you no good when it comes to reselling. You've made the car part of the channel exciting enough, especially with the new garage coming. My suggestion to you and what I'd personally like to see as one of your long time subscribers is for you to build a grassed out garden that has an awesome pavillion with a bar,pool table and all sorts of games. Basically another man cave that the guys can all enjoy hanging out together and making some fun content and where you can have big BBQs.This will also make it very easy to resell!
