I remember being fascinated whenever Assassin's Creed came out back in the early 2ks and Altair's hands and feet always found an actual spot on the wall, like an actual grip. It made his climbing look incredibly realistic (even though he'd need the grip strength of a God to be able to actually climb like that) and thus it made suspension of belief possible. Kinda incredible what they were able to accomplish two decades ago, eh? Those slides make me think about so many bollywood action films. Goodness. And to boot, she roundhoused some crates next to a lantern, the lantern lit, and later exploded. Yes, it's a bollywood action film.

The climbing bug at the start seems to be a combination of "a bad starting point for the climbing animation" and "the game mechanics not being properly synced to the animations", allowing you to scale the wall by constantly restarting the climbing animation. The grass seems like some low-skilled programmers saw Assassin's Creed gameplay, but couldn't match the early games' enemy AI logic for tracking the player down.
