For thumb pulling to be more effective you gotta do fascia massages, when this layer of tissue is rigid it prevents bone movement and causes tension on the face, do miofascial release and pressure based massages to loosen the fascia so the bone moves and grows easier

@ChrisPhonk5 ай бұрын
Could you explain thumbpulling for forward growth of the face more specifically?
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
Sure! I assume you know the reasoning for why it works (maxilla forwards and up). So here's how: Put one or both thumbs behind your central incisors, thumbs pointing toward the center of the roof of your mouth. Pull as hard as possible on the bone (not the teeth, this causes flaring). Try to tuck your chin as you pull, to add even more force on the palate, making sure the overall force will be "upward and out" relative to upright head posture. Hold for 10-15 sec at first, then increase this time as you progress. Ideally 2x 3 min/day to begin with.

@@cyzz_le Hey bro, just one more question....I thumb pull sideways, upwards and in forward direction for 18 hours every day...doing 90 sec of each variation every hour. I'm 21 years old and i genetically have a sharp and protruding jawline...but i just desire to make my eyes a bit more hunter-like and also push my maxilla a bit forward, although ig it's already placed where it should be...but there's nothing wrong in giving it a try, right!? . It's been 4 days doing this routine. How much time will it take for me to notice some change considering my daily routine?
@cyzz_le4 ай бұрын
@@Nostra189 Sorry, missed this comment bc I get a lot on this channel. I assume you mean 18 min every day? 18 hrs seems impossible haha. Since you're 21, your sutures have most likely fused (like mine have), so growth will come slowly. Thumb pulling is something that should be part of your lifestyle, and one day in the future (after months, maybe years), you'll notice subtle changes. This may not be what you want to hear, but it's the truth.

Ramus is pretty hard to change, I think mewing, chewing and thumb pulling are your best bets, outside of losing body fat. I can try to do some research, and if it's interesting enough, I'll make a vid

Hey i have done hard thumbpulling from past 1 week, and my face got asymmetric and my tooth got crooked, please give solution bro
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
To fix the asymmetry, pull on one side only. I don't know how your tooth shifted within 1 week, but I'd need to know more in order to assess your situation
@Kiran_gg045 ай бұрын
@@cyzz_le actually my palate was too narrow , and my face was already asymmetric on right side of my face but idk from past 1week i started hard mewing that like uneven mewing and hard thumbpulling too (twice a day 8-10min) but after 1 week , my face is looking more asymmetrical and while smiling my tooth is looking more crooked also idk what happened. And my jaw structure also a bit changed (i guess by seeing myself in the mirror) and it is noticeable. I need a solution, please help it just ruined my face

@@Kiran_gg04 Chew more gum on the right side, and trust the process. I don't believe a week can make such drastic changes, so it's most likely just your perception (you notice it more now that you're focusing on it every day). But if anything starts hurting or feels off, stop and consult a dentist / orthodontist.

forward expa even for overbite case should do it?
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
That's actually a good question. I don't know, I'm sorry. My best guess is that thumb pulling won't work, because we're mainly targeting the maxilla here, and it won't bring that lower jaw forward.

if i do get a tooth gap doing this, then is that temporary?
@cyzz_le5 ай бұрын
If you do thumb pulling, the chance of a tooth gap is very low, since changes come very gradually (0.1 mm a day max). If this worries you, just remember that you can control when and how long you thumb pull for, so you should never end up with the gap. You have full control

Does thumb pulling gives smaller nose and improve hollow eye . Cause i already have high zygomatic bone I don t want more high ?
@abdxfrycsylol56483 ай бұрын
facial forward growth caused by thumb pulling is bound to affect your face from results I've seen. I don't think it will MAKE your nose smaller but it might give the illusion of a smaller nose. You can look at peoples' results from thumb pulling on the internet and observe the changes in their skull structure as well as their nose if you want to make sure.

Muscles always "win" over bone. It's the same reason why mewing works. Bone has plasticity to it (it can be molded with enough time and enough force/pressure). If your masseters (and other fascia) are tight, then those muscles will dictate how the bone grows. Or, how the bone is reformed.

Pretty much impossible. SH's face sunk down and inwards due to gravity, and his facial muscle's inability to support the skull is what distorted his face so badly (a result caused by his face muscles atrophying due to his genetic disease).
