These animal vids are so epic of Frank. The black and white, his trashed clothes, the dark and dirty gym; Everything adds up to the feeling of how it really feels to dedicate yourself to bodybuilding and to train like a fucking animal to achieve a goal. It's a dark, brutal and lonesome road, but God damn its worth it.

Aaw man, this vid, this music fits perfectly into our dark, cold winters we have here in Scandinavia. Perfect motivation. We have like 2-3 hours of sunlight each day during the winter, so watching videos from California when they train is just pissing me off. This offers a bit of sympathy atleast.

Well some people have overcome there genetic limit naturaly but it takes so long you'd probably still not reach a pro BBs size in your life span. I remmember seeing an all natural amatuer BB at 6 foot weighing 230lbs. Still not pro BB weight for his height but damn impressive.

I feel sorry for Frank because I feel in order for him to ever win a very serious comp like Arnold Classic or Olympia which I'm assuming is his main goal. He needs more mass. and It's a shame because he has a PERFECT figure, small waist, flat abs... the whole package. He's going to lose that if he gets to Olympia standards.
