Recommend changing the fuel filter and fuel sock every 2k-2500 miles. Planning on doing mine over the summer.

Do you use an impact on your puller to get the primary off?

Check the motor mounts, and change the chain case oil. Also remove the tension from the track, and keep the front end as well as the back end off the ground to keep the pressure off the shocks.

As a mechanic for 3 decades, don’t ever use stabilizer the brand . Sea foam is way better. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen the fuel get gummed up and gelled , it’s because of the stabilizer. But I can tell you , I’ve never seen 1 customer have that happen from sea foam.

I’ve actually started not using a stabilizer the past couple years. I just start and run my sleds every month or so for a few minutes to let it cycle the little bit of left over fuel and make sure I have new gas in it when I go to check it at the start of the season. Haven’t had any issues. I do like sea foam though. I’ve used it in my own vehicles before.
