不適合泡腳的人群 1.糖尿病患者 2.静脈曲張跟血栓患者 3.嚴重心臟病患者 4.兒童 5.空腹和飽腹禁止泡腳 泡腳要訣 1.不用銅盆或金屬盆 2.水温40~45度 3.水要放夠(到小腿內側) 4.時間在15~20分(晚上7~9時泡最佳) 5.泡完後按摩3~5分 😊😊😊😊😊😊
