Series of movements to teach the body to create force in the deep ranges and yield into the deep squat position.
Aim for 4 sets of 30 jumps, either as a warm up before you squat, or as a challenge at the end of a session.
Once 4 sets of 30 in a tier is comfortable, try some movements from a higher tier. This video just shows some examples of movements that fit into each tier, it's not exhaustive, and you should try all the other combinations of directions and rotations as you grow into yielding.
