Hi everyone. I have been confused with this one for a long time. I thought that men are supposed to say "Kra" (like "Khob Khun Kra" or "Khob Khun Krap"). But every time i have ever heard this word said, it ALWAYS sounds like "Ka" or "Kap". And now I saw another video say the last word should be "Club". I often say "Kra" or "Krap" (eg Khob Khun Krap) but it sounds weird! Do you prounce the "R" or an "L"? or not at all? Could someone please clarify? :)

Hi EoN604. If you want to sound really correct, as a man you should say "krap" with "r" and a high tone. In common speech many people make the "r" sound like an "l" or skip it altogether, so all three options are right, but if you can pronounce the "r" without trouble, then go for it. It's going to sound really nice and correct. :)

masculine and feminine words tends to be forgiven if you are not a native speaker since they'll understand what you're saying anyways. I just smile when non-native speaker of my language butchers a sentence but don't correct them since I understand the gist anyway
